"I work for the London Ambulance Service as my day job, which can be both demanding and stressful. It has taken a toll on my mental health over the years. As a way to cope with anxiety and depression, I have developed a keen interest in outdoor photography. I aim to inspire others to prioritize their mental wellness by promoting the benefits of outdoor photography and other healthy coping mechanisms."

Outdoor and Landscape Photography

Woodland Photography

I find photographing in woodlands challenging due to the chaotic nature of the environment. Woodlands are a great location for macro photography. Particularly in autumn when fungi are abundant.

Landscape Photography

As a landscape photographer, I love capturing local scenery and coastal landmarks, especially seascapes and water focused images.

Art within Photography

Art within photography creates abstract images that utilize colour, texture, and movement to produce ethereal visual art.
