About me.
I work for the London Ambulance Service, which can be demanding and stressful. Over the years, this job has taken a toll on my mental health. To cope, I have developed a keen interest in outdoor photography. My goal is to inspire others to prioritize their mental wellness by highlighting the benefits of outdoor photography and encouraging everyone to get outside, regardless of the weather, for both physical and mental health.
